Auspac offers free shipping (standard delivery time) for Australia only. ( Courier to ‘most’ of Australia. Regional Qld, Regional WA, SA, NT and Tasmania may be extra, please contact us for a quote. We reserve the right to quote for freight differences. Contact will be made before order is processed.
International order by agreement only

Our position on Refunds & Returns...
Auspac Exhaust has a strict no refund & no returns policy for incorrectly ordered goods. We strongly suggest calling (03) 9874 0688 prior to making a purchase if you are unsure or just want to double check. If the part ordered does not fit the advertised vehicle, & photo evidence is provided - Auspac will refund you the purchase price less transaction fee.
Our position on damaged goods in transit...
If goods are damaged during shipping photo evidence will need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and a replacement will be sent at no further cost to you.
Our position on goods lost in transit...
If goods never arrive due to a fault of the courier and it is documented, a replacement will be sent at no further cost to you.
Goods are not to be left unattended - they need to be signed for if not will return to the nearest depot and a card will be left for you to collect it - if you have not received a card, please contact us on (03) 9874 0688 and we will kindly help you track your item.
Our position on a suspected manufactures fault...
In the event of suspected manufactures' fault, goods will have to be returned at no expense to Auspac for assessment. If a genuine fault is confirmed goods may be replaced or the purchase price alone refunded.
Not sure about about fitting?
Our bolt-on systems come complete with all nuts bolts gaskets clamps etc. absolutely no welding required at all. For those of you who can not change tyres - head to your local exhaust shop, average price to fit is around $150*
